EASTER DINNER!

hi there!
As we like to be in advance, tonight we'll have an Easter Dinner @tandlaege kollegiet, franca's kitchen. It will be around 9, cause a lot of people is busy before... if can resist the hunger, there will be risotto and special eggs for you :)

Borglum Party on 17 of march

Brownies

Ingredients

- 150 g black chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 125 g white sugar
- 125 g light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 4,5 g backing powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs (medium)
- 200 g hazel-, walnuts or pecanuts
- 1 soupspoon of butter to rub in the ovenproof dish
- 1 soupspoon of flour to put on the butter in the ovenproof dish

Directions

- Preheat the oven to 175 °C
- Spread butter on the inside of the ovenproof dish and add some flour
- Break the chocolate into pieces
- Melt the chocolate and regular stir it
- Add the white- and light brown sugar and the vanilla extract
- Add the flour, backing powder and salt to the mixture
- Add the eggs one by one
- At the end, at the nuts
- Put the mixture in a ovenproof dish and smooth the surface with a spoon
- Place the grid in the middle of the oven
- Place the ovenproof dish in the oven for about 30-35 minutes
- The inside has to be smooth, not to dry!!!
- Let the brownies cool down for 30 minutes

Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

- 225 gram butter
- 175 gram white sugar
- 55 gram light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 350 gram all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 350 gram semisweet chocolate chips
- 100 gram flaked coconut/chopped nuts.. whatever you like 


Directions

- Preheat the oven to 190 °C

- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Dutch apple pie

Ingredients

- 300 gram all-purpose flour
- 125 gram soft brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 175 gram butter, in little pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 kg apples
- 60 grams white (granulated) sugar
- cinnamon
- 100 gram walnuts

Directions

Preparation

- Spread butter on the inside of the baking tin. Sieve the flour with the soft brown sugar and the salt above the bowl. Add the butter and mix it until it has a crumbly mixture. Add the egg and form a ball.

- Save 1/3 of the dough for the top and wrap it in plastic foil. Press the rest of the dough on the bottom and sides of the baking tin. Put away the baking tin and the dough ball in the fridge for 30 minutes.

- In the meantime make the filling: peel the apples, remove the cores and cut them in little pieces. Mix it together with the white sugar and the cinnamon (as much cinnamon as you like). Fill the pie up with the apples and put it back into the frigde.


After 30 minutes of rest

- Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Place the grid on the lowest position of the oven.

- Roll out the dough ball and make long lines. Flat them a little bit and place them crosswise over the apple filling.

- Place the baking tin in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until it is done and gold brown.

- Let the pie cool down for 1 hour until it feels solid/robust.

danish party

so... after one month danish guys (and girl) are start to opening... tomorrow evening near to Noemi's there will be a party for us... as soon we will have more information we shere it here! Have a nice night!

Clement's fondant

black (obviously) chocolate: 200gr
flour: 80gr
sugar: 100gr
butter: 120gr
eggs: 3
and some "creme fraiche" (not too much!!, think about your ass...)

put it in the oven (not ermolica's one) at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
